RIGHT TO KNOW REQUEST
Most of the information gathered and regulated by the BCCD is public, and can be made available to the public upon request. If a written request for information is submitted to Marilyn Laurelli, our Open Records Officer, the District will research the request and provide any available information to the applicant. 8.5″ x 11″ paper copies cost $.25/page. Larger pages are charged at the actual cost incurred by the District to produce the copy. Please click here for more information regarding the Right to Know Act.
Please use this online form to make a request for information to our Open Records Officer. The Right to Know form, which can be printed out, is located at the bottom of this page.
