The DEP has launched the SPEED program for Individual NPDES permitting as of July 1, 2025. Detailed information can be found at the following site – https://www.pa.gov/services/dep/speed.html At this time, the DEP will be completing most of the review tasks and work with Qualified Professionals. BCCD will still receive fees for permits submitted through the SPEED program. Please contact BCCD for more information.
