BCCD’s Application for Chapter 102 and/or NPDES Review Information Form Fillable Version Dated 9/30/2026.pdf, effective September 30, 2026, has been updated to include Property Access Consent. Please use this version starting September 30, 2026. The previous form will not be accepted by this office on or after December 31, 2026.

The Property Access Consent language appears on the updated application as follows:

PROPERTY ACCESS CONSENT I, __________________________ on _____________, 202__, AGREE AND CONSENT TO OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVES, EMPLOYEES AND/OR AGENTS OF THE BUCKS COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT AND ANY PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANTS RETAINED BY THE BUCKS COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT OR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO ENTER THE PROPERTY FOR PURPOSES OF INSPECTING, TESTING AND PERFORMING OTHER EVALUATIONS THAT ARE REASONABLY REQUIRED IN RELATION TO THIS APPLICATION AND ANY CORRESPONDING PERMIT.

The Property Access Consent portion of the form must be signed by the Property Landowner.
