PAG-02 General Permit
PAG-02 Permit Renewal Update:
The following information is to inform NPDES General Permit holders with an expiration date of December 7, 2024. If you currently hold an NPDES General Permit with an expiration date prior to 12/7/2024, please contact our office for guidance renewing your permit.
The current PAG-02 General Permit will expire on December 7, 2024.
You must renew your PAG-02 permit unless you have Notice of Termination approval by December 7, 2024. DEP will be issuing new PAG-02 NOI forms to be used for general permit renewal. Renewal NOI forms must be submitted to the BCCD by December 7, 2024; however, the renewal forms are not yet available. It is expected the form will be released in the fall of 2024.
If your current NPDES General Permit has an expiration date of 12/07/2024, please do not attempt to renew your PAG-02 General Permit until renewal forms have been issued by DEP.
Individual Permits follow a different expiration schedule and should be renewed before their expiration date.
