Board Tour October 8, 2026

On October 8, 2026, BCCD Staff and Board Members toured four sites which are representative of the District’s projects

  • Watershed Association Tree Planting in New Britain – the project represents the joint efforts of Bucks County Conservation District, New Britain Environmental Advisory Committee (EAC), Neshaminy Watershed Association, and other community volunteers. Together, these partners are planting trees in a meadow that was seeded this spring.
  • Red Barn Plaza Site in Warrington Township – this construction site is home to the old Red Barn Movie Theatre.
  • Carversville Road Dirt and Gravel Project in Solebury Township – this is a three-phase project totaling more than $300,000.
  • Curly Hill Farm ACAP Project in Doylestown – this is a 1.3 million dollar project which was completed in early 2026 and was made possible through the collaboration of multiple funding programs.
