STEPS TO APPLYING FOR FUNDING
1. Contact Morgan Schuster from BCCD to set up an on-site meeting to visit the possible worksite. BCCD's question & answer board will also be invited to attend the meeting.
2. Apply for funding for worksite. Please see forms that may be needed to apply for funding below:
- Application (used for both Dirt & Gravel and Low Volume Roads)
- Low Volume Road Traffic Count Instructions
- Low Volume Road Traffic Count Validation Form
- Stream Crossing Evaluation Form
3. Application gets reviewed by the DGLVR QAB and BCCD. If choose to be funded, a contract is signed. Please see attachments for the contract below:
- Attachment C: General Contract Provisions
- Attachment D: Statement of Policy
- Attachment E: QAB General Policies
- Attachment F: Schedule of Payments
- Attachment G: Project Completion Report
4. Project may be started any time within a year from the contract signed date. 50% of the total funded amount will be sent to the appliciant as advance funds. All receipts and the project completion report will be turned in to BCCD to recieve the final 50% payment.
