Permitting Available for General and Individual NPDES Permits

The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has released Chapter 102 electronic permitting system (ePermit System) to improve the efficiency of submission and reviews of Chapter 102 permit applications and Notices of Intent (NOIs) and enable faster responses to applicants. The web-based Chapter 102 ePermit System can be access here.

The initial release for voluntary use was January 25, 2021 and included new NOIs for coverage under the PAG-02 General NPDES Permit and NOIs for PAG-02 amendments* of coverage. A draft of the Chapter 102 ePermit User Guide is available for review.

ePermitting for new applications and amendments* for Individual NPDES Permits for Stormwater Discharges Associated With Construction Activities was released on April 21, 2021.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PA DEP EPERMITTING SYSTEM WILL NOT COLLECT FEES FOR SERVICES ON BEHALF OF THE BUCKS COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT. BCCD FEES FOR SERVICES MUST BE SUBMITTED SEPERATELY. 

PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED “BCCD NPDES EPERMITTING GUIDE.”  PLEASE SUBMIT THE “EPERMITTING NPDES CONSERVATION DISTRICT FEE PAYMENT SUBMISSION FORM” WITH YOUR BCCD FEE PAYMENT.
