RIGHT TO KNOW REQUEST
Most of the information gathered and regulated by the BCCD is public, and can be made available to the public upon request. If a written request for information is submitted to Marilyn Laurelli, our Open Records Officer, the District will research the request and provide any available information to the applicant. 8.5″ x 11″ paper copies cost $.25/page. Larger pages are charged at the actual cost incurred by the District to produce the copy. Electronic copies can be provided at no cost. Anonymous requests will not be accepted and will be returned to the requester within (5) business days. The requester must be a resident of the United States, and all requests must include a valid resident mailing address. The BCCD Right to Know Policy and Procedure can be found by clicking here.
